Best mob for attendance event. - Satellite - 2013-07-31
I've done roids on 70+ chars. Not sure if it's the absolute best spawn out there but it's a good one and it's definitely also good exp. Theres Sand Rats/Scorpions near by as well that are about the same spawn and only little less exp.
I've found Yeti & Pepes at El nath to be quite good for 110+, You'll get counted for both the "Yeti & Pepe" form and the normal Yeti spawning after. On my 120 Xenon I'm killing Green Cornians as it is OP enough to ohko them even without having my gear on it.
Pepe Machines are in their own league though. That's why I'm now making 2 low-lvl mules for the Unique Scroll attendance.

Those spots are what I use personally - comments gave good alternatives.

Some maps at the new fantasy theme park are pretty nice for about 130ish chars
For mules a bit past 120, Dark/Green Cornians are pretty amazing. They have hidden streets accessable from the Red Dragon Turtle map. One is better than the other, especially on Luminous and stuff, I think it was the dark map.
maps i generally use13-30 - golems 30-47 - claw game 47-57 - toy trojans or 57-65 - desert bunnies 57-70 - sand rats 70-99 - roids or 70-80 - scorpions 96-112 - captain and krus / rash / dark rash 110-120 - LHC (unsure if it works 120-140 - blue/red dragon turtles/green cornians or 125-140 - dark cornians 140-158 - any memory lane map (158 must be in memory lane 5) or 150+ - road of regrets 156+ - road to oblivion 160+ oblivion 5/mutant slimes/pigs/snails
I kill Stone Masks on my DB, it's easy to move around on the map and I can hit all the 3 levels with Sudden Raid.

20-30: Golems
30-40: Drakes/Dollshop @ Kerning Shopping Centre
40-60: Drakes/CDs
60-80: Robos
80-100: Roids/Furball things in Leafre (I don't know what they're called) Maybe Rashs?
90-110: Strawtarget Dummies
110-125: ???
125-140: Dragons Nest in Leafre

Ganpati in Golden Temple work better if you can stand to do the prequests; smaller map and denser spawn
