It increases the chance for you to rank up to a higher tier. You can also go epic -> legendary, but at a low rate.

14 cubes on secondary and it is still epic. I saw 1 significant line. Sucks how inconsistent the results are on these DMTs.

You either see someone waste 120$ and get nothing good or someone who goes from epic to legend with the first cube. (Happened in my alliance today Tongue)
