I don't really care about the exp of RLH, but did the nerfed version have the same totems? That's all I care about.

It doesn't seem like RLH is THAT difficult to reinstate. If the point of the update notes was to focus on the events, the point of including the "all stars" being back would most likely be because of hyper skills.

Is there any information you can give out about why they didn't make this a part of the tempest update?
Or anything at all about why it seems to be delayed.
