Yeah, I must agree with WingZero.
Just take it a step at a time. If you two do other stuff already, then you should be able to get a feel if she's ready to move on or not.
Then again, I'm not her - or any other woman. All I can say is respect her and make sure she wants to/is ready, before trying anything.
