I was kind of expecting the hat to be that "earpiece" seen in the concept art but guess not. Maybe it will come out as earring...

I was just saying that the art style for the skills look similar to Jett skills, but they are not the same skills at all. That is 100% valid.

The changes are:

Incline Power (I) : skill duration increased from 180 to 240 seconds
Multilateral I (I) : all the stats decreased from 10% to 5%
Linear Perspective (II) : skill duration increased from 180 to 240 seconds
Multilateral II (II) : all the stats decreased from 10% to 5%
Extra Supply (III) : cooldown decreased from 60 to 30 seconds
Multilateral V (IV) : all the stats increased from 10% to 20%
Instant Shock (IV) : dodge probability decreased from 50% to 40%
OOPArts Code (IV) : skill duration increased from 30 to 45 seconds
Fuzzy Lob Masquerade - Sniping (IV) : damage decreased from 500% to 450% and amount of times it can hit an enemy has been increased from 4 to 6

I'd assume you mean hits, since this is the same thing as it is in 1.2.462. The overall Multi-Lateral changes make it so it's not as overpowered in 1st and 2nd job, but the exact same as it's always been in 4th.
