I think with the VIPs, at least from the way they phrased the bugs in the list, they only fixed swords, and then put in a new bug for knuckles, or something like that. They didn't realize it was all of them so they didn't fix all of them.
Also, I don't like how items go off and on the list at random. Last patch we had only two "known issues" left, and then now we have dozens - most of which have been on the list before.

your post is kind of confusing. They messed up and emblems are dropping from mobs again? or they fixed (which i thought they had done already), and they don't drop from mobs anymore?

Emblems stopped dropping for a while. They stopped dropping when they implemented the first bout of fixes. Then the USC a day or two later unfixed them (same one that unfixed PB drops). This last SC fixed them again.

Scratch my last post. Apparently, there are still monsters that drop Gallants.

I checked a few monsters' codex entries, and killed for a bit, just to make sure. But I guess there's still a selective few.

Yeah, I did PB right after the server check, it's fixed, all reverse equips and timeless recipes again, drops card again too for those interested.

Well that bug fix for UAs would have been nice A WHILE BACK. Regardless, Least good to see Nexon actually fixing bugs.
