Well, after one of the live streams, I thought I heard her voice somewhere before, and I for one, thought it sounded extremely similar to the fairy in that video.
Also, I think she's credited in one of the videos they were doing along with that New Leaf Saga thing, Blabber Box, I think, under her real name, and a LinkedIn account associated with that name was the Nexon Community Manager or something like that.

I'd buy into this whole thing a lot more if they'd keep their known issue list and their fixed issues list consistent with what's actually happening in the game. A lot of times I'll see bugs fixed that weren't on either list or bugs that were fixed in one version and then broken again in the next. Honestly, they'd cut down on a huge chunk of the bug forum redundancy if they'd just get moderators to respond to the topics and put the bugs in the known issues list in a timely manner.
