A ROM is basically an actual video game cartridge as a file, like NES/SNES/Gameboy games, but in your computer.

The forum has a "round-table" section for teams, I don't know if it extends to in-game though.

Taking it as slow as a slowbro. May not even pla that much, but definitely a lot of fun. If they got heartgold/Soulsilver stroyline instead of Firered, I would be ALL over it. I LOVED silver/gold version.
