I would bet it's just an event item, though. It seems weird to A. Get additional potential now, and B. Have additional potential stamps drop from monsters.

Wouldn't be surprised if they released secondary potentials early. Didn't the cubes for those potentials cost NX? We did have Cube sales recently...

I bet they will drop uncommonly from monsters during the event, then after the event they will still drop, but the rate will be nerfed to hell like nebulite boxes, etc.
But I guess this could be different seeing how it's "tradeblock" (untradeable?).

So it seems like they're going to roll the Warrior, Magician, and Archer "buffs" into a single patch like they did with Ascension? Then that leaves us with the Return of the Legends and then Resistance revamp. Guess they want to roll Tempest out as early in December as possible.
