Yes, find a member of the team or an alternate. and go for it.
Play the position you intend to play as a team. We'll set up who does what when the time comes. Until then, just duo Queue Ranked/Draft.

Well, I doubt we'll have to create an official ranked team since this series is supposed to be open to all summoner levels. Clarification would be nice though since I'm in the same boat as Loose (not level 30).

I know how to as well. I just don't prefer jungling in solo Q as people yell at you and expect you to be at all 3 lanes at once.
