But..... Boss timers are not reset from server reboots. If the spawn rate of the boss is less than the duration of the downtime, then it will appear like the boss was reset. Pianus is a 24 hour boss, though, so the standard formula applies (Spawn time + or - 5% of the period. For Right Pianus that means 23-25 hours from the last kill.) This USC would have no affect on Pianus.
And yeah, I hate that as well. I want the damn certificate so I can get the Dragon Squad badge.

Is this item generation of perma nx the reason for these items suffering massive deflation lately? Or is there still some other way to dupe them. I'm just sick of duping/etc still being so prevalent.
Side-note: I also heard something on basil yesterday about illegit nebulites being removed on a massive scale. Can someone fill us in with that as well?

the two or three people i know that bought a somewhat big amount don't report anything. so i can't say if that's true.
and duping (or whatever it is) is a LOT less prevalent now (by nexon standards)

From what someone told me, there were apparently a massive amount of A-Rank Nebulites, most notably 4% All Stat, in the game.

Pianus is definitely not on a 6 or 16 hour timer. It's AT LEAST 24+ hours.

It just seems like new ways keep popping up endlessly. Even though it's less prevalent (by Nexon standards) it just seems like we're one exploit (and mismanagement) away from it completely exploding again like it did early in the year. I'm just plain sick of it.

yea, for the noise the hackers made when they said "they screwed dupe, probably forever" there certainly seems to be a lot of ways popping up to get items and stuff.

4% all stat nebs went down to 20m each at one point last week in Scania. Now it's back to like 300m.

Sort of off topic, how does one even get nebulite? I've got a couple from quests but haven't seen one elsewhere.
