It only works for atk, m atk and touch. Poison, falling rocks, dr/other stuff does dmg.
This isn't a glitch.
Also, you will likely be taking damage from hard mode hillia, Chaos PinkBean, and magnus since they all max max accuracy.

pretty sure they're scripted to hit, max accuracy would still get stopped by skills

Over the course of the event if you do it every day you have to buy 8 additional keys to reach 4k points.
