That PQ was just the predecessor for Dojo.

A few things come to mind:
- Taipei 101 maps were removed in TMS when Kerning Square came out.
- Coke Town maps were removed in both KMS and JMS several patches after the event ended. Some of the map were added back later in KMS.
- World Tour maps were removed in KMS during Big Bang.
They must be planning to renovate the maps somehow or else the work put into creating objects on those maps would be going to waste.
