Considering it took over 2 parties....im not that surprised. This is an expedition on a massive scale. We haven't seen that in a long time(needing a lot of people). I'm kinda of happy that nexon did this.

Well, the level-based reduction is probably different. However, I strongly doubt they changed the other part of the reduction.
