Server resets and stuff can reset HT but don't necessarily reset traits. It's been like that for a few months. I think only official SCs reset traits. I'm not too technical though to know the difference.

I have not been able to get back in since this announcement was posted on the Nexon website. The GMS status page and Nexon website are still listing that the game is down.

Probably because this was 20 days ago. Right now theres an USC because of the Jett Patch.
