If Riot had control this game would never be balanced ever again. I would go with Valve. Though I would like Koei to make a new type of PQ or something. Square would probably be good too.

Yoshiharu Gotanda, or I'd just put Tri-Ace in charge. They are the developers of two of my favorite RPG series- Star Ocean and Valkyrie Profile. Both published by Enix (or Square Enix now.)
...or perhaps Hironobu Sakaguchi, of Final Fantasy fame. ...or perhaps Hiroyuki Ito, who directed my three favorite Final Fantasy titles.
...or perhaps Yūji Horii, one of the writers of Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest.
