Oh wow... looks like Shout to Crusaders is Dragon Roar to DrKs @ Cooldown. At first they finally made Shout useful post-Big Bang, and now they're making it useless even more since Post-Jump. I understand it balances PvP, but PvE??? Come on! Is it really necessary?
Thank goodness this maple Polearm is at fast speed with the same attack power as Two-Handed Axe, Two-Handed Blunt Weapon (which rarely Knights and Paladins wield since they favor defense,) and Spear though.

This might be a stretch, But I think it bascially does what Transmogrification in World of Warcraft does. You can take an item, and, while keeping its stats, Make it look like another item. Kinda like being able to use regular armor as Cash Shop armor, no stat bonuses but you can see it instead of your armor.
