The way it's described saving Miwoks from savage monsters, makes me think it's the Little Indian Event from kMS.
Event Stamp for getting the Indian Hog mount, which you get after completing the Little Indian Event 15 times. You can do it every 5 and 35 minutes past the hour.

That name. Oh geezus. They also tried to hype up Pendant of the Spirit and the flower buffs/event we got last year.
