Upcoming patch notes/content is up on the PBE. This site has everything you need to know for now
Some notable changes:
Tanky DPS getting nerfed with Atma's Impaler getting nerfed; the attack gained from % of health is going down from 2% to 1.5%.
Also: Doran's Blade is getting nerfed in terms of how much HP it gives. Given that Doran's Blade is an extremely cost-effective item with the stats its gives and how AD champs usually stack 2-3 at a time during the laning phase (and get a nice amount of AD and survivability for being a Scrooge), Riot likely had to find ways to tone Doran's Blade down a bit. The Doran Blade health nerf also applies to Doran's Ring too.
Hexdrinker's unique passive effect getting a nice duration buff from 3 secs to 5 secs.
Wit's End - a nice cost-efficient item with a great on-hit/passive ability that is utilized by a number of tanky DPS champs - is getting its total costs increased from 2000 to 2150 gold. Tbh, I was not surprised by this; as someone who runs a number of tanky DPS champs (notably Skarnersss and Udyr) and uses Wit's End on them almost all the time, getting Wit's End was usually a great idea in most cases simply because I can increase my DPS by quite a bit and be a bit tankier against magic damage, all costing me a decent amount of gold.
tl;dr about the rune nerf: MR runes of all kinds getting nerfed a bit, AP runes of all kinds getting buffed a bit

First recommended item is Cloth Armour. Yes, Phreak is definitely going to play Hecarim as a jungler and he will utilize Trinity Force to do tons of damage.

Not much, as a caster i rather take a AP book first so i can rush a WOTA (WOTA wins game people!).

This is bull. Why do I have a damm fetish for scythes?
The first champion that uses a real damm scythe as a weapon (Fiddlesticks has a sickle that he uses as a wand, and that Karthus skin uses his scythe as a staff) is a dumb ugly centaur thingy.
Why can't it a hot chick? Or even an average looking chick? Hell, I'll settle for an average looking guy.
Now I'm actually debating hard whether to buy him (and go out to the nearest 7/11 to get some Riot Points for the first time, ever) and his skin when I get 6300 IP points.
