from what i understand, phantoms can't steal elemental charges at all.

Well when bombing you would swap out Rapid Fire; and besides Ultimate Drive should be really good at pickpocketing anyways.

Ultimate Drive
Ultimate Drive + Pickpocket + Meso Explosion
With SE
Pickpocket + ME on Ultimate Drive is better than Twilight + Phantom Charge alone on a theoretical level. Twilight + Phantom Charge + PP + ME should theoretically do more DPS, but since the coins scatter in such a retarded way, I doubt it's efficient. Rapid Fire with Combo is still the highest single target DPS, and the single target listed here isn't even possible, I'm just too lazy to edit it out.
