Dunno if they're "eternal," but those seem like a pain in the ass to carry around but do make good weapons.

I doubt anyone can find me here. Those silly explorers are always busy leveling and never do those quests anymore.

The Bombing Fish are disguised as part of the scenery and then blow up when you attack them.
