I don't think they can actually fix that..
its more of a your own problem.. if you're lag you need to cc more than once to do it.
sometimes i only need to cc once.. or twice or third.. ive had 4th once.

This is completely on Nexons part. Whenever I play kms I only have to try once which is ironic because it's a whole continent away from me so I should be lagging a ton.
I get more server lag overall in gms than I do in kms and I live in america.
