If anything, people buy less cubes. Then they have to implement the same system when they start going under but without the extreme stress on the need for NX.

Yep, it's all about luck. Used over 30 and no legendary.

Used 7 on my Epic shoes, since they had useless pot... still epic. Now 6% str. Plus 1 on my rare belt for the same reason. (still rare, +10 str... not too awful, but not as good as 3% str)
This leaves me with 6 NX, of the ~15k I had left, so I'm done. With Nexon's abysmal performance at keeping accounts secure I see no reason to try to obtain more.

i spent about 30 or so i think from the original unique 30% boss 6% dmg to this final potential
i got like 30% boss+35% boss
30% boss+40% pdr ignore
60% pdr ignore
40% boss +20% boss and a bunch of other %boss combinations

not sure of that last line f3 i mean, look at it this way, we got 40% and 35% boss as primary line, but 30% boss and 20% boss are from unique primary, which can come as legend secondary, so getting 50% boss or so isn't really hard, geting 75%+ would be harder, as it would involve either two primaries, or all three lines to be boss%.
also, there's a lot of ignore pdr too, weapons are very boss-oriented.
that said, the third line makes the whole difference xD
