No archers but marksmen benefit 1v1, but ironically marksmen are the only ones who don't benefit from SI when mobbing. It isn't quite useless for the others but most of your buyers would be marksmen. I'll see who on my buddy list is interested, I know at least 1 marksman who wants it and can ask the 25+ others.
Edit: does Ishtar benefit from SI, or is it their other skills used in bossing for utility like Spear?

Afaik Ishtar is the only hurricane type skill that benefits from SI/booster.

Judging from the 100% or so dmg/s boost that Mercs get 1v1 when going from speed 3 to 2, it seems only the utility skills are affected.

I think it needs to be tested again. I kept getting Ishtar rated at ~90ms but it may have been a calculation error from lag.

Won't be cubing anymore items until I see what Nexon plans to do with PvP mode next patch, which is coming in 2 weeks.

I´m having serious issues with meso lately but it would suck if I missed out on the very last one.
But yeah, lets just hope we keep PvP instead of it being removed completely.
