OP classes date OP classes. Cannoneers are foreveralone cause they're only made for link skill and as storage mules.

Mine's only level 60, but I actually like the class quite a bit.
Strange considering that it was the first class I ever felt neutral about before playing it.

Cannoneer is a lot of fun. It has good damage, amazing looking skills and doesn't get boring. the barrel roll skill is pretty much my favourite skill in all of maplestory, it's really fun, especially when you start sending it down slopes or over ledges and getting creative with it, it even has different physics underwater, best skill ever.

Totally this.

I was actually really, really impressed with the physics of the barrel roll.
And, in Monster Park, it's just the tits since most of the maps are full of slopes.

Plus, currently in Monster Park lower levels, 99% of people are Cannoneers. 4-6 people all rolling barrels as fast as they can spam them, more fun than, well, a barrel full of monkeys.

I also like the fact that the cannon is slung on the back. I absolutely hate weapons that are held in front of the body, and especially the face (whoever thought up the crossbow "at rest" position should be shot).

The only thing that made getting my Cannoneer to 70 less than perfectly fun, and which is strongly blocking the temptation to continue it, is the separate cash shop. Not having a pet to collect Gaga's junk, Monster Park ticket pieces, and whatever else, is truly annoying.
