Communications? Yes.
Dev Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Blockparty(yunodotheseanymore).
Reliability and security? Meh..
Could be better.
Better web and game experiences? In the middle.
Website looks nice, I don't know about the game.
Game Security? No.
Doesn't seem to have had any major improvement.
Quality of Customer Service? A tiny bit.
Best content and support? Content, yes. Support, no.
They did seem to do a bit better this year.

Actually, not in the slightest. The only actual improvement I saw there was in the Dev blog, and that was pretty easily buried by the hundreds of problems this year...

Lol. The first post in that thread was pretty funny...and very sadly true. I'd like to be optimistic and believe that this game will take a turn for the better, but the years of disappointment are making me think otherwise.
