You can't create any of the Legend classes in KMST.
There is no such thing as unlimited NX, you have 0 Nexon Cash and only the new cash items cost 0 NX. Sometimes Nexon sell pets, owls and merchant stores for 0 NX.

1. Legend update classes were time-limited, meaning they couldn't be made after the end of September. This applies to KMST as well - as apparent from KMST restricting the creation of Dual Blades when the official server did.
2. You should be playing KMST to test the class changes, since that's what this term is all about until the December patch rolls around to being patched in the official server, not to play around with classes you're hoping to make at some point.
3. The KMST rates are as following (from here) :
Lv. 1~9 = 2x
Lv. 10~19 = 5x
Lv. 20~39 = 10x
Lv. 40~49 = 20x
Lv. 50~99 = 30x
Lv. 100~119 = 20x
Lv. 120~129 = 10x
Lv. 130~139 = 9x
Lv. 140~149 = 8x
Lv. 150~159 = 7x
Lv. 160~169 = 6x
Lv. 170~200 = 5x
4. You should be asking EllinForest about KMS(T) stuff. Most people here won't know this kind of stuff.
