It's most likely cash storage, they're having another event where they give free NX to new characters.

Also, they did something very interesting. One of the items has potential pre-built into the item. I'll have to change a few things with my character readout stuff.

No. The 120 Force Shield doesn't show any pre-built potential data within the WZ files. This is different.
