Is the strongest monster in the Monster Park that level 94 Roid thing? Doesn't seem like a high level training replacement but its all I can find on it.

Level 120+ section gets released in the Mage update.

Anti-bot system only lowers EXP rate, not drop rate.

You don't recieve anything but etc items from a monster if you're too high. No mesos, no scrolls, etc.
You can still get dews and other quest items, of course.
