Limited character creation was never a real threat to anything, and we know GMS doesn't see a point in stuff like that (DBs are unlimited, PvP is unlimited) so we most likely won't see it.

Well, they're screwing over any new players that join after that date and want to make one of those classes. It sure is a great way to alienate potential customers, that's for sure.

Disabling Cannon Shooters like they did with Dual Bladers makes sense.
Disabling Mercedes and Demon Slayer is weird though, since they are both big additions to the Legend and Resistance storylines, as well as the overall story of maple :/

They disabled the other resistance classes in KMS.
But disabling Mercedes is just really odd.
(to my knowledge) They never disabled Evan/Aran. Maybe because she's too OP'd.

They make all the money they need off the initial release, they really lose nothing. And when they unlimit the classes again, all the people that waited will burst back onto the scene, meaning moar profit.
But hopefully its the Pirate/Thief Revamps, not sure what else they could do for the winter patch, besides finishing off Legends.

...that was pre-chaos.
I was just showing that the legends/resistance had been limited before.
To my knowledge, they're creatable now.
