Iirc, Ice Knight mode won't start until 10 people are in the room. So the minimum is 10 and the max is 10 too.

Yeah. Legend mode, but it's not just for Ice Knight, it's for all three PvP modes.
In Legend mode, potential effects are active and all skills are useable.
