Right;
1) Have you got the money back yet?
2) Nexon shouldn't ban you, but they might.
3) If you get banned, screenshot this e-mail you recieved, and use that when sending tickets to Nexon. Sure, screenshots can be edited, but they might see their error, and make you pay for that NX.

I'd transfer stuff to a different account. Possibly on a different IP adress/computer too >_>.

Step 1: Better log a ticket and find out why they refunded you. (Cuz I bet they ban you when they figure it out.)
Step 2: Move everything you care about to a different account.
Nexon will temp ban you first and when it's over it will change to perma-ban if you have not resolved the issue in the time limit of the temp ban. (This will involve lots of Paypal and Nexon contact.)
Final Step: If you get perma-banned and Nexon claims they don't have an option for re-payment, construct a letter to the Better Business Bearue explaining how you paid, never requested a refund or did a charge back, got one anyway, tryed to get payment accepted by Nexon and failed. The BBB will contact Nexon regarding this and Nexon will most likely unban your account (with a warning that when they have an option for repayment that you will be perma banned if you don't pay).
