They haven't, a chapter only comes out once a month, however they skipped last month because they were finishing up the anime*. The chapters are prescheduled lol.

She's emotionally unstable and ran out of the room Ganta was chained in and since then we haven't seen her, she's most likely going to appear in the next chapter or she's somewhere discussing with herself(or something), that's my guess atleast.
