Black trash bags and a quality rake. There are some riding mowers which include a bag on it, but those tend to be more expensive so I might as well assume that this riding mower won't have it. Look at your municipal waste management system's website or call them up and ask them how they want to deal with general yard waste. Usually the county collects yard waste in a different manner from general waste.

I just leave the clippings, save for the ones that blow onto the sidewalk, then I just run the mower on the concrete to blow 'em away. Grass is fine and healthy, and been that way for years.
