oh, I see, now it makes sense, but then why are people saying this event is "Glitched" or the 550k exp is a "Glitch"?

I think the reason people are assuming this to be a glitch, is that most event quests give exp according to your level, like, just to throw random numbers, 10k exp to levs 1-30, 50k exp to levs 31-50, and so on, but handing in artifacts gives 500k regardless of level, making it great exp at lower levels.
