Update: flying out tomorrow morning. It's going to be a SHORT long day - I'll end up losing roughly 14 hours total to time zones (13 hour flight, but it'll be 27 hours later when I land). My girlfriend is bringing me to the airport, which will be the last time I see her for a few months at least. Her and my family are planning a visit/vacation in the area sometime this year though.

Melatonin supplementation. When I came back from Belgium earlier this year my sleeping pattern was shot. Melatonin had me back on rhythm in 2 days and sleeping like a baby.
