Okay, we begin. Everyone who has a 1 as the second number has to be in the winners area! If they never got picked at the third page, they're losers.
Combattente, being lucky and being the first person on the second page, can relax until he reaches the fourth page. When he reaches the fourth page he becomes a loser.
If you're not in this first 15, relax, you can still play if you vote a neutral to be a winner. You will be then a neutral yourself.
