I've gotten 30 in one hour before0.o

Apparently, the first hour nets you 10 points. I'd bet it's and extra 10 per each consecutive hour, because I did get 20 on the second hour.

It's actually 10 GP for first hour, 20 GP for second hour and 30 GP for every hour after that.
If you're in a fairly active guild with 10 people on at any given time you'd get ~7k points per day, which really isn't that bad.

If that's the case they should have just made the points less.

What the hell? 7,000? 10 people AFKing for 10 hours nets 2.4k GP. 30 people AFKing for 5 hours nets 3.6k. 7k a day is really f'ucking hard to get in one day.

Not to mention if you leave or get expelled from guild, the guild loses all the Contribution points you earned for the guild. Even if you join back you start back at 500. I wonder if you can lose a level if someone leaves right after the guild levels. That would suck. Higher levels should receive more GP when they level.

But if they had updated Bonus to give out Legend books, I would have a glimpse of hope of ever getting my OS higher than lvl 10

I said at any given time... In my guild which I wouldn't say is all that active we have at least 5 people who just leave their maple on with shop permits when they go to sleep. During the day there're more people playing so it evens out to around 10 on average.

Maybe it's just another scania is too crowded thing.

Uh.
Currently the only things I know so far is..
Level 1 to 2: 20,000 GP
Level 2 to 3: 160,000 GP
Level 3 to 4: 540,000 GP
Level 4 to 5: 1,280,000 GP
Level 5 to 6: 2,500,000 GP.

Supposing I extrapolate everything, I'll get close to about..
Level 6 to 7: 3,984,000 GP
Level 7 to 8: 5,852,000 GP
Level 8 to 9: 8,080,000 GP
Level 9 to 10: 10,686,000 GP.

Supposing everyone does in fact get "7k GP per day" then you're left with about.. 594 days to get from level 3 to level 5, which are confirmed values.

and... about 3641 days to level from 3 to 10. So uh, yeah. It is hard to level guilds.

It's my friend's guild, they were ranked #2 in the Guild Ranks with over 1 million GP and it transferred over to their level.

While I'm not saying it's not difficult to get to level 10, I have no idea where you got your days to level from using that 7k gp mark.

Lv3 to 5 using the exact amounts needed to get there would be 160 days, not 594.
Lv3 to 10 using the exact amounts needed to get there would be (if that's what you need for Lv10) 1504 days, not 3641.

I have no doubt that a GPQ will be released or re-released in the future to help get more GP, or some other way(s) to get GP, because as it stands now it would take a ridiculous amount of time to get to the max level, no matter how much GP your guild can gain in a day.

I'm also confused as to how that guild is level 5? Even with 1m GP, BB cut all GP by 90%, which would leave them with 100k, as a level 2 guild.

Apparently since the last SC or so they reduced the GP you gain from being online. It's something like 10 GP each hour for the first two hours, 20 GP each hour for three hours after that, then 30 GP each hour thereafter.
