It's the texture that's more noticeable, honestly. Gays tend to be very clean, so there's really no noticeable "taste," per se. It's the feel of it that's unique.

And cum, like any seminal fluid, tastes different depending on diet. Asparagus, red meat, and wine all make it taste bitter, as they're more bitter foods, while naturally sweet foods like pineapple and other citrus fruits make it taste sweet.
