The only basis it has for it being an old thread is if the ID is lower than one it's already posted (which would be bad because anything they published out of order would lose pieces) or if the ID of the thread is one it's already posted, which it's already checking and this one is one it had not.

No because Nexon put the dates in a retarded fashion and the date it was uploaded doesn't always coincide with the date published so you'd risk the same out of order issues.

This isn't exactly something that's going to be prone to happening constantly since the only reason it announced it now is because it hadn't announced it previously. Obviously it's now checking & announcing things so things it's already dealt with moving back to the front page isn't going to be an issue so let's stop trying to fix what isn't broken, k?

So if this was just an old update, what's it doing here? Also, loads of weird symbols.
The Visitor Event itself caused a paradox. The effects weren't all that bad and we got a nice VPQ out of it.
