It's not fixed. You could always CC once if all you were doing was CC'ing. Once you start attacking and such, the CC is gonna take 2 tries again.
And yeah, I can't make a citizen either. I wanted to get prepared for my Mech

Not sure if this is related, but nexon hasn't sent an email activation code to me for a new account in almost 48 hours. Tried making a second brand new account too and it didn't work. I know it's not the emails fault.

i made a new account yesterday or the day before, worked fine. check your spam folder?

Wasn't the problem. But it's fine, i just switched to a different email provider and it worked instantly. Maybe it was just being funky with the other one.
