For the MSEAers, it appears that it's less about the quality of Hob King PQ as it is a sign that Big Bang is around the corner for them.
Hob King PQ is the only thing they're missing before Big Bang, and since it's not included in this patch despite so many MSEAers having expected it to come out in this patch...

Yea, but it doesn't really matter.
JMS still doesn't have Hob King. But was the first version to get Big Bang from KMS.

and you are right. we maybe another JMS becos JMs do not have hob pq either.
but thailandms has hobPQ. how to u explain that?
