K. So, I'm not all that nerdy. Maybe a little. I do eat McDonald's quite often.. because I work there and employees get 50% off food. That and the managers give out free meals like candy for doing something good/extra.

As for the food.. I stay away from the beef because it's so gross. I eat Thai McMini's (2) and a package of apple slices with a fruit smoothie every day I work for lunch/supper. I've lost 22lbs since working there. You just need to know what to eat, what not to eat, and what amounts to limit yourself to.

Ever been curious as to what you're eating in your McD's? Look on the back of the tray liners.
