It is a "debug room" it's there to redirect players after they're been taken to a deleted map for any reason.

How to get to Spinel's forest:
1. Make a char over level 26
2. Join an astaroth party.
3. Finish the run successfully and then go to the place with a bunch of maladys it warps you to after. Talk to the mirror in the place with the maladys and go to astaroths strolling path. Die at astaroth's strolling path and go to portal<---- [The map you go in when you die is called Dungeon: Dark Cave]
4. ???
5. PROFIT!

Found a guaranteed way into this map.
Go to astaroth, fight and either beat him or die, you'll end up in a maladies map, then go to astaroth's door talk to it and go in, die in that room and you'll revive inside the sleepywood dungeon. Go to the portal to your left, you'll disconnect and when you log back in you'll be in this map.
