Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - TKWizard - 2010-11-17 [Vote] No Lynch Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - ElectricSix - 2010-11-17 Eh I dunno Dual, if he can't use it on himself then he's at risk of getting killed before he can use it. And we don't know if he's telling the truth anyway, he may have other powers that would somehow hurt/prevent others from targeting him at night. Or perhaps he's relying on someone else saving him should he be targeted. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Corn - 2010-11-17 Well, if I didn't say anything, mafia would still kill me in suspicion if I'm important. If I fakeclaimed, well, I just did that last game, so mafia would still kill me. Besides I can't really do anything that good Greekish-someone would counterclaim (there aren't THAT many names to choose from). We should get someone killed today so I don't need to waste my ability since I'm bound to killed tonight. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Dual - 2010-11-17 I highly doubt he can use it on himself. And he's Corn, so he's either telling the whole truth about his ability, or is mafia, and it would be really strange for him to roleclaim reviver if he actually was. And nobody should ever assume there's a doctor to save you, because it's basically a Catch 22 for anyone playing the doctor. But whatcha gonna do. Can't change things now. So, in terms of lynches, I'm just going to go by random gut instinct to vote, because No Lynching just wastes a possible chance to stop the mafia, and RNG is stupid. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - KajitiSouls - 2010-11-17 Hmm, who to kill... Btw, wtp Chronos? Why is a titan playing in a game between two rival gods? Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - ElectricSix - 2010-11-17 KajitiSouls Wrote:Hmm, who to kill... You could ask why Medusa is in there too, seeing as how she's technically of the monster family as opposed to a god or goddess. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Manu - 2010-11-17 I named it Gods Mafia because it starts with Zeus and Hades, but there's not only gods, you already found out that there was a gorgon around. Going to bed. I would be less likely to have asked that, seeing how Medusa wasn't exactly banished or anything. Or at least to the extent the titans were. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Mephisto - 2010-11-17 Edit: oh god, unexpected second page, nevermind. Somebody tell me who I should vote for. That is all. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Nalek - 2010-11-17 [Vote] Lynch Corn Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - ElectricSix - 2010-11-17 Nalek Wrote:[Vote] Lynch Corn Err, is there a reason for your vote? If Corn is telling the truth, voting for him to be lynched would be foolish indeed. And if he's not, it should become relatively obvious by Day 2. If he's telling the truth the mafia is going to kill him anyways. In which case he'll use his power, and thus making it useless. If he's lying hes probably mafia and trying to get us not to vote for him by coming up with some fantastic power so that we dont vote to lynch him because he'll come in usefull later on hopefully. Its better to kill him off on the chance that he's mafia. Its better to kill him off on the chance that he's mafia. As far as him being useful, this is how the day can go: We vote for a townie, he uses his power and revives them, mafia must then choose whether or not to kill him or someone else. We have two relatively confirmed townies, possibly one after night for tomorrow depending on whether there's a doctor or hooker role around and they protect the right person. We vote for a mafian, they die, Corn doesn't use his power and the mafians are down one person. He's unknown, but if not killed the next night, we see about Day 2. If we lynch him, then we lose both of those possibilities. The moment we should lynch him is when he fails to revive a townie, not the first day. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Dual - 2010-11-17 E6 is correct. Lynching is the wrong way to deal with Corn. Of course, if we have a mafia roleblocker, they could completely bone him by blocking him before he's able to revive. For right now, let's pick a person and aim for them. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Corn - 2010-11-17 DualReaver Wrote:E6 is correct. Lynching is the wrong way to deal with Corn.Nah, I could revive someone ANYTIME. So as soon as the day ends I would revive the townie. If we kill a mafia, well, hurray for us? I want to vote for Nalek or Synthesist. However, Nalek has a bit of a lousy reasoning so far in the game and he looks like he might be Mafia, and Synthesist because he's useless. However, I would rather not prefer reviving a Mafia or a useless player.... So in the meantime vote ThatHurts Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Synthesist - 2010-11-17 Corn Wrote:Nah, I could revive someone ANYTIME. To everyone else: Take what you want from this, I'm not saying anything else, and you can think of me as mafia and a possible threat if you wish, I'm not going to bother with psychology. I'm really starting to get pissed off at Corn, so that's why I'm posting. Here's all I'm saying: I'm not a threat to anyone. Have fun lynching me whenever, Corn. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - MasPan - 2010-11-17 I'm willing to give Corn the benefit of the doubt here - he's certainly realized by this point that his actions early game inevitably get him killed - him NOT roleclaiming early would be way too suspicious for him specifically. It seems we have a free lynch + do-over, so why not. If Corn doesn't revive if [vote]ThatHurts turns out to be a townie, then we have an obvious lynch target tomorrow. Greek Mythos Mafia - Game Over, Town wins - Holypie - 2010-11-17 Agreed. Sorry Hurts, unless you're mafia in which case go die. But we won't know until you die so... [vote] ThatHurts |
