I'm not really a fan of Siu Mai. Too much fat and I wonder if the fish roe is even real.

 Ham Seui Gok
 lol Mango Pudding
 Tang Jai Jook, Fish Congee

We had lots of Sui Mai and an order each of Jin Deui and Egg Tarts. Shrimp Cheng Fun(?) is one no one's mentioned that we had. The noodle sheets were like soft clouds of yum.

I was able to get my chopstick on successfully when I went out for sushi back in October (also a first >_> also crazy delicious) but most of this stuff was just too noodley and slippery and some were just too heavy for my weak chopstick-fu.

Speaking of chopsticks.

Apparently, I'm the best at handling them in my entire family tree!

I wish I took some pictures of the dim sum I ate, but I was too absorbed into eating to even bother..

Are you using plastic chopsticks? If so, those are bad for slippery/noodley food items. Wooden ones are best, whether the disposable ones or long lasting ones.

Hehe my school sells siu mai and it's delicious. We also have paos/buns and for the size, it's pretty cheap (60c for the size of my palm)
