I couldn't think of the name of the job of a person who runs a cemetery. ;~;

I know that. I was pointing out his mistake and slightly making fun of it.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY I'LL COME UP AS MAFIA WHEN DETECTED, BUT I AM TOWN ALIGNED.

I have no role, except that I show up as mafia, BUT PLEASE GUYS, I'M ACTUALLY A TOWNIE!

Now, I'm not THAT smart to use reverse psychology on you guys, right? RIGHT!?!?

...

Well anyways, I would just like to kill Synthesist, because he wouldn't do anything anyways.
pineapple you and your WIFOM.
You've early claimed in most of these games, and claiming a miller-type role isn't something I'd normally...expect?

Lynching the lurkers is usually one of the best plays because:
1. Lurking is usually a scum tell. Those who don't post as often generally don't want their posts to be read. Sometimes they don't have enough time to post or don't have anything to contribute, but it's generally the case that those who don't post don't want town to get their reads.
2. Lurking is anti-town. You can't contribute anything other than night actions by lurking. Not contributing is anti-town.
3. Power roles use their power to their advantage. Not talking isn't using their powers in the best way that they possibly can. If they don't contribute what they have with their powers, they're useless as it is.

Typed that up not knowing day ended.
Really, now, voting someone useless > NL

Which were all points I was arguing, but MetaSeraphim and Maspan wouldn't change their minds Rolleyes.

Woah, it was way more than just the two of us buddy. It was NINE votes other than you.

Just got back from school. Day ended too early. If you would've read my post, you would've known that I didn't know that day ended.
Plus, 2 votes on Synth vs 10 on NL. It's not like that would've mattered.

1 vote on Synth. Kurtle changed his. Corn changed his as well, so technically none.

But you and Meta and to an extent, Holypie led the other sheep to no vote Rolleyes.

Voting for someone based on past games is still silly though. If you want to talk about people not talking being useless, well, right now there is a total of 3 people who haven't posted once in the thread so they're just as useless at this moment as Synthesist is.

I still feel that adamantly pressuring others to kill someone with absolutely no evidence against them is suspicious. However, this kindof talk is way too gameplay-related to be taking place here. Save it for the next day.

Which was why I didn't specifically target him last game until Day 2.

Mafia is metagame. If Synthesist's metagame is to lurk the whole game, inductive reasoning states that he'll most likely do so this game as well.

And? Again, if there's no reason to kill anyone, why should we target him? He could easily be a very important role as much as he could be vanilla or mafia or even neutral. There are a ton of reasons to be quiet, not just scumming.

Gah, I can't say anything.

Anyways,

"And just a heads up to you Corn, so you don't think your role was so pomegranatety, if you were lynched during the day, the power would have gone out at night, and nobody would have been able to do anything, skipping the night."

What power?

The power. As in, the electrical power. You ran the power plant, so being lynched = power plant failing, meaning the lights would go out.
