which is the error you get when you're blocked via PayPal. In fact you're blocked from using any method involving credit cards (and from nx offers), not only PayPal. Sadly, we can already say goodbye to charging NX like that.

It goes into Credit, so fraud is pretty much limited to Cubes/Gachapon/Smegas in terms of usefulness. And Gach only if the account has some type of seniority.

And the fact that if this happens Nexon doesn't just ban that account any more they WILL Perm-Ban EVERY account connected to your IP. And bypassing nexon with Proxy don't work like normal sites there aren't any Free sites that can bypass it you would need to buy a pretty good Proxy to get pass it and just "hope" it worked.

Considering how their billing system glitches so often and bans people, I can see this happening the innocent..
Maybe this is an strategy of Nexon to get rid of foreigners like us?

Nah, them banning every account linked to your IP is something they do by hand I've never even heard of that happening by a system...them banning an IP yes but the accounts no.
