Here is a the problem with the windows problem, it only happens at major bosses to my knowing. If your whole maple life was revolved around only bossing and only bossing you would find the means yourself to make it happen. How about the ones that can handle bosses but don't get in to boss runs cause groups are being selfish? Who is the selfish one now?

While the goal is noble, they are going about it all wrong. The demands should be based off of other competent MMOs. "So-and-so does this, why can't you?"
Also, Nexon's ToS says you can be banned for taking part in a boycott of any kind.

Level 200 players say "Hi"? There's not much they can do since they already hit the level cap, so the next best thing is to boss, boss, boss.
Also those people who can't get into boss runs due to selfish people, they can just find another group? I think you're tunnel-visioning the situation here, but people with the Windows problem are essentially "Banned" from major boss runs altogether as they're just as useful as a dead mapler in said boss run. Why take someone who will just DC within a few minutes of the boss fight where as you can take someone who can survive the full run without running the risk of DCing?

And it's happening at lower bosses too like Balrog, it's not just level 160 HT running, 500k-a-week-in-NX no-lifers. This is affecting a LOT of people.

What if they cant find another group then what? The people who can run and not are taken cause of their connections are basically banned from major bosses. How would you feel knowing you can handle bosses but cant cause PEOPLE dont want you. Why not take an extra person who is capable but you wont cause they not giving you pixel head on a daily basis?
If you cant get through the day knowing you cant head hump major bosses cause of the windows problem you can go out and make your own desktop that is mainly just for maple.
The people who are already set to get in to bosses can at least get IN. They don't have to go through the struggle of looking who to boss with they are already set!
