Pandas also love to drop Ascalon Kataras (lv 60).

Blood emperors drop from:
Maverick Type A, Dual Ghost Pirate, Blue Kentaurus, Phantom Watch, Deep Buffoon
Honestly, I'd try the blue kents... even before the potential patch they dropped equips at quite a nice rate.
I'm not sure that any of these drop it at a particularly good rate though.

At Roids on my DB, they drop Venon (level 20 warrior gloves) like mad in comparison to everything else they drop.

From my experience at Dual Ghost Pirates, they seem to drop a lot of Bronze Husk and also, in a lower degree, the Blood Emperor.

They also dropped a lot of the blue warrior top (Sorry idk which skele and name of top, can't look up atm, at work).

Green Patriot (level 70 bowman hat) drops a lot from Harps.
Harps and Blood Harps drop a lot of equips in general, but those Green Patriots seem more common than any of the rest.

I concur on the Grizzly front. I'm saturating the market with Holy Cross Earrings. My friend has a high rate of potential drop on them, also.
Various other items drop here, with a seemingly high rate of potential.

Yeah I did 20 earrings there the other day, not 1 with potential.
But I will agree the earrings themselves are very common there.

how are samiho's for training and money wise? (good spawn, don't burn alot of pots etc...) I think they drop the level 60 pirate overall so i wanted to go there and see if i can find a potential one... but i like killing two birds with 1 stone so if they have good exp i'd be really happy :3
OT: golem's (or dark stone golem's) drop alot of dark starlights, i've gotten like 2 in 20 minutes

I was at Luster Pixies and found a ton of Dark Pilfer (Level 40).
I was at STDs and found a ton of Buck (Level 50 Axe).
